CLEANING TOP TO BOTTOM

Since the new owners gained control of their favorite bar in the Arenas District in early 2026, they’ve been laser-focused on making Improvements to Dick’s:

• Installed an additional 9 tons of air conditioning, bringing the total to 20 tons to cover a mere 1,800 square feet, ensuring comfortable air year-round

• Top-to-bottom scrubbing and repolishing, indoors and outdoors, and instituted a daily overnight cleaning regimen

• Repaired + revived the ice machine for cleaner ice and fresher drinks

• Replaced + updated the audio system with state-of-the art electronics and volume-limiting technology so that you can carry on a conversation in the bar

• Oversaw the installation of new plumbing and electrical repairs

• Installed all-new powerful exhaust fans to eliminate persistent odors

• Replaced all of the stools at the bar

• Implemented strict requirements for certifications and training of all staff

• Acquired new bar tables + chairs, ADA-compliant

• Increased the outdoor seating on the wraparound patio
